Bénédicte Mermet
Managing Director
Benedicte, Managing Director of Frenger International, manages the Company Set up & Management division providing financial services for around 150 companies in the UK.
​
As a co-founder of Frenger, Bénédicte established and developed the Business Services division, helping over 400 businesses to achieve their goal of international development.
​
Benedicte has a wealth of financial experience, acquired over more than 40 years of assisting International companies to enter the UK market.
​
A French native, she is fluent in French, English and German.

Jean-François Rameau
Senior Advisor
Jean-François joined Frenger International in 2015 as Senior M&A Advisor and advises on company strategy and operations.
​
He brings to Frenger his expertise in Accountancy, Statutory Auditing and investment banking activities.
​
Jean-François worked as a Manager for PWC and S&W, then joined the general management of the British investment bank Schroder in France where he participated in the creation and development of the French subsidiary for M&A and Securities activities, in conjunction with fundraising and increasing of Capital.
​
From 2004 onwards, Jean-François developed a portfolio of real estate investments whilst continuing his involvement in fundraising missions, capital increases and funding projects in the Renewable Energy sector.
​
Jean-François is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Auditor in France.

Laura Mermet
Assistant Manager
After 35 years in business, Frenger is a long-standing, family-run company serving its entrepreneurial clients. Our values are shared by Laura, daughter of the founders.
​
In charge of the company's growth and marketing development, Laura is also involved in its general management as well as payroll and accounts on behalf of our clients.
​
Prior to this, she worked for over 2 years in London as a client manager in a Retail Growth Consultancy. Laura brings to Frenger her knowledge of marketing, strategy and sales.
​
Bilingual in English and French, Laura graduated with two degrees in International Business Management, one in France and one in the UK, gaining knowledge and work experience in the business worlds of both countries.

Tulsidass Takoordyal
Operations Manager
Tulsidass supervises the day-to-day activities of the Business Services division and manages the FBS team members. Originally from Mauritius, Tulsidass came here to further his studies in accountancy, mainly ACCA and to complete his MBA in Business and Finance. A chartered accountant with more than 10 years of expertise in Finance, Tulsidass was an Accounts Assistant Manager at one of the Top 20 accountancy firms in London.

Tulsidass is bi-lingual, speaking both English and French fluently.

Martina Duggan
Senior Account Manager
With over 20 years experience in book-keeping and accounting, Martina brings a wealth of skills and expertise to the role of Accounting Assistant. Before joining Frenger International, Martina spent 13 years working as both manager and book-keeper at a specialist London-based delicatessen business.
​
Now working in the Company Creation and Management division, Martina is responsible for organizing and processing all accounts and payroll duties for several clients, including the management of reports, schedules and banking activities.

Pauline Bourcet
Managing Consultant - FDI & Trade
Pauline is the head of Frenger Consulting. She joined Frenger more than 20 years ago, initially supporting corporate clients with exporting to the UK or other European markets. With Jean-Noel, our late founder, and Marie-Laure, she developed Frenger Consulting into one of the leading FDI lead generation & Trade promotion firms in Europe.
Based at our HQ in London, Pauline has organised numerous trade missions from North America or Asia to Europe, handled high level ministerial visits, organised multiple webinars and seminars. With her team, she has generated hundreds of investment leads for her clients, in sectors such as autotech, AI, software, logistics, agtech, food, digital health, advanced manufacturing, tourism, etc. from the UK, but also from North America, the DACH, Benelux, Scandinavian regions, Spain and Italy.
Marie-Laure Decotignie
Managing Consultant - France
Marie-Laure has more than 30 years’ experience with Frenger Consulting. Based in France, she supervises all our Investment Promotion or Trade Development assignments on the French, Benelux and Swiss markets.

Marie-Laure's wealth of experience has facilitated the international development of many French companies in Europe, the UK, the USA and Canada. She has also assisted numerous European and North American companies with their approach to the French market.
